Travel Shoots
Up to 50 Miles Driving Beyond the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose)
Photoshoots requiring travel by automobile up to 50 miles outside the general Bay Area (California) will incur an additional charge of $100 flat rate. Any assignments requiring overnight stay(s) will also be charged to the client at $100/night. All travel expenses must be paid with the 50% non-refundable deposit. Travel expenses are refundable if assignment is cancelled at least 72 hours before assignment date and time. After that, they are non-refundable.
Beyond 50 Miles Outside the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose)
By Automobile
Photoshoots requiring travel by automobile more than 50 miles beyond the Bay Area (California) will incur an additional charge of $100 and $1.50 per mile. This must be paid with the 50% non-refundable deposit. Any assignments requiring overnight stay(s) will also be charged to the client at $100/night. All travel expenses must be paid with the 50% non-refundable deposit. Travel expenses are refundable if assignment is cancelled at least 72 hours before assignment date and time. After that, they are non-refundable.
By Air
Photoshoots requiring air travel and overnight stay(s) more than 50 miles beyond the Bay Area (California) will be charged to the client, and must be paid with the 50% non refundable deposit. Reasonable flight accommodations at the discretion of the photographer will be made and details provided to the client before booking in the interest of transparency. Assignments requiring overnight stay(s) will also be charged to the client at $100/night. All travel expenses (air fare and lodging) must be paid with the 50% non-refundable deposit. Air fare is non-refundable. Lodging expenses are refundable if assignment is cancelled at least 72 hours before assignment date and time. After that, they are non-refundable.
COVID-19 Considerations: In order to ensure your health and well being, modifications to comply with local, state and federal health guidelines will be taken into considerations. Further reasonable accommodations may be requested, but not guaranteed.
